Business Philosophy

Floyd Earl, is a long time resident of the Wantagh/Bellmore area, and has been active in the business community in a landscaping business, and a wholesale and retail garden supply company. He had speculated in residential real estate for many years, and in 1988 received his Real Estate License.

In 1992, he opened Manor Gate Realty Inc., on Jerusalem Ave in Wantagh. In 2007, Manor Gate Realty Inc. joined Coldwell Banker to Become Coldwell Banker Manor Gate and in 2012 it became Coldwell Banker Homes Realty with 3 offices in Nassau County. Mr. Earl a Board member of the Wantagh Kiwanis, Past Pres. of the Wantagh, Massapequa and Merrick Chambers of Commerce. He is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service, where is serves on many committees, including: Rules and Procedures, Advertising and Promotions, Professional Standards and Legal Assistance.
